day forty five.other forms of pink

we celebrated someone special's birthday today!

Valentine turned one.
B and i can't believe that he has made it this long.
wowsers.

i gave all of my loves some sweet little valentines this morning.
everybody got candy (except for L).

we stayed in our jammies well into mid-morning.

the big kids had a picnic outside because it was
simply lovely
outside today.

K busied herself by drawing all over her hand and arm.

she added more pink to the day when she fell down outside.

a smattering of rice cereal all over L's face.

D and i made chocolate covered frozen banana slices
while the other two kids took quite long naps.

L, lounging on mommy's bed.

i think he's gaining on her!
